THE ISS GHOUL DAO

Space Ghoulie holders can directly take part in the decision-making process for the Terrestrial Economy Treasury, and other governance mechanisms.

The ISS GHOUL DAO is using smart contracts to allow ghoulie holders to (1) create proposals, (2) vote on proposals, and (3) allocate funds. The ISS GHOUL DAO represents a peaceful transition away from the inefficient bureaucracies that plague the Fiatbrains on Earth. It is difficult to predict where the ISS GHOUL will go, but we trust that it will be interesting. When we run into problems, we will unite to solve them; as all problems are just that, soluble.

WHAT IS A DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATION (DAO)?

DAOs are Internet-native organizations collectively owned and managed by their members. DAOs are permissionless, meaning anyone can participate by submitting ideas to other members of the DAO. DAOs regularly hold votes where members collectively use their Space Ghoulies as tokens to vote on what initiatives to fund and pursue.

As a decentralized NFT project with a deeply ingrained crypto-mindset, we are building a robust governance system to put the decision-making power in the hands of those invested in the project. The ISS GHOUL DAO will create and vote on proposals to determine allocation of the funds.
