Ghoulie holders can directly take part in the decision-making process for the Ghoulie Gang, and other governance mechanisms.

The GHOULIE DAO is building tools for the Solana development community. The Ghoulie DAO will decide what projects we take on and what projects we scrap. The first interation of the DAO will be a private server that uses Grape Protocol to verify Ghoulie holders for entry. Eventually if you choose to do so, we will build smart contracts to allow ghoulie holders to (1) create proposals, (2) vote on proposals, and (3) allocate funds. The GHOULIE DAO represents a peaceful transition away from the inefficient bureaucracies that plague the fiat-brains on Earth. It is difficult to predict where the GHOULIE DAO will go, but we trust that it will be interesting. When we run into problems, we will unite to solve them; as all problems are just that, soluble.

WHAT IS A DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATION (DAO)?

DAOs are Internet-native organizations collectively owned and managed by their members. DAOs are permissionless, meaning anyone can participate by submitting ideas to other members of the DAO. DAOs regularly hold votes where members collectively use their Ghoulies as tokens to vote on what initiatives to fund and pursue.

It's our mission to build web3 software and terrestrial businesses that increase the overall value of Ghoulies. Holding a ghoulie and participating in the GHOULIE DAO means you will decide what businesses we should build (hopefully the ones in which our team has an asymmetric advantage).

The advantage of launching NFT's to build a DAO means that we can now work together without fear of judgement regardless of our terrestrial characteristics.

Any successful decentralized organization must be built around highly motivated and curious individuals who want to improve the ancient systems that only exploit all the value from the individual. When we coordinate and deploy our collective resources we can create value many times greater than the sum of the parts.

After 100% Ghoulies have been minted, we get a YouTube Channel, and Prince Al Ghoul releases a mixtape. As a decentralized NFT project with a deeply ingrained crypto-mindset, we are building a robust governance system to put the decision-making power in the hands of those invested in the project. The GHOULIE DAO will create and vote on proposals to determine allocation of the funds.
